摘要
内皮祖细胞作为脑血管疾病中修复血管系统的一种治疗手段,已被广泛研究。但内皮祖细胞与血管新生的机制研究至今仍然有进一步研究的空间。多项研究发现内皮祖细胞通过多种途径促进血管新生,文中侧重于内皮祖细胞介导的血管新生,综述血管新生和内皮祖细胞的生物学特性,以及两者间联系研究的最新进展,为临床治疗缺血性脑卒中提供理论支持。
Endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)have been widely studied as a therapeutic method to repair the vascular system in cerebrovascular diseases.However,the extensive mechanism between endothelial progenitor cells and angiogenesis has kept pace with the times and there is still room for further research.A number of studies have found that endothelial progenitor cells promote angiogenesis through a variety of pathways.This study focuses on endothelial progenitor cell-mediated angiogenesis,and reviews the recent progress in the biological characteristics of angiogenesis and endothelial progenitor cells and the relationship between them,so as to provide theoretical support for clinical treatment of ischemic stroke.
