摘要
互联网媒介在应对重大突发事件中承担部分宣传和动员任务已经成为惯例,随着短视频媒介的发展,数字内容的生产与传播门槛进一步降低,技术赋权让大众群体藉此更全面、更深入地担当起应对重大突发事件的职责。面对席卷全球的新冠疫情,中国全民抗疫行动充分利用短视频的媒介特性,建立起高效的行动者网络。在宣传方面,抗疫短视频通过合理的情境修辞使得事实汇集成真相,在真相中用功能向度的内容高效构建可以解释抗疫行动的“强制通行点”,用表达向度的内容呼喊行动者们的切实诉求,促进全民抗疫的推进与落实。在动员方面,抗疫短视频善塑典型,从而促进行动中主体间分歧的“众议”与磋商,唤起行动者自觉参与和结网动员。
It has become common practice for networked media to undertake part of the publicity and mobilization tasks in response to major emergencies.With the development of short video media,the threshold for the production and dissemination of digital content is further lowered,and technological empowerment allows the general public to take the responsibility of responding to major emergencies more comprehensively and profoundly.In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic China's national anti-epidemic action made full use of the media characteristics of short videos to establish an effcient network of actors.In terms of public outreach,the anti-epidemic short video uses reasonable contextual rhetoric to integrate facts into the truth.In the truth,it uses functional-oriented content to efficiently construct"compulsory passage points"that can explain anti-epidemic actions,and use expressive content to call out actions.The practical demands promote the advancement and implementation of the nationwide fight against the epidemic.In terms of mobilization,short anti-epidemic videos can help shape models,thereby promoting"conferences"and consultations between subjects in action,and mobilizing actors to participate in the network.
