水雾化制备FeSiCr软磁粉末磁性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用水雾化工艺制备FeSiCr软磁合金粉末,经筛分合批后制成粒径(D50)5~40μm的样品。研究了不同粒径FeSiCr软磁粉末对磁性能的影响,为产品应用提供指导性实验。研究结果表明,随着粉末粒径的增大,粉心的磁导率逐渐增大,在100~1000 kHz的频段范围内,磁导率衰减幅度小于5%,具有较好的频率特性。随着粉末粒径增大,粉心的抗直流偏置能力降低,损耗性能恶化,其中增加的损耗主要来源于颗粒内部的涡流损耗。 The FeSiCr soft magnetic alloy powders were prepared by water atomization,and the powders with the particle size(D50)between 5 and 40μm were obtained.Effect of particle size on the magnetic properties of the FeSiCr soft magnetic alloy powders was studied to provide the guidance for the products application.In the results,the effective permeability(μe)of the FeSiCr alloy powders increases with the increase of particle size,the attenuation amplitude of permeability is less than 5%in the frequency range of 100~1000 kHz,showing a good stability with frequency.Futhermore,with the increase in the particle size of FeSiCr alloy powders,the direct current(DC)bias properties decrease,and the core losses deteriorate,in which the increased losses is mainly due to the eddy current losses inside the particles of FeSiCr alloy powders.
