微型外固定支架联合克氏针固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤的效果观察

Effect of micro external fixation combined with Kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of Lisfranc joint injury

目的探讨Lisfranc关节损伤患者采用微型外固定支架联合克氏针固定治疗的效果。方法抽取2016年3月至2019年11月安阳市人民医院收治的62例Lisfranc关节损伤患者,参照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组采用微型锁定加压钢板联合克氏针固定治疗,观察组采用微型外固定支架联合克氏针固定治疗,比较两组临床疗效及相关指标。结果观察组临床治疗优良率(96.77%,30/31)高于对照组(74.19%,23/31),P<0.05。观察组住院时间、关节功能恢复时间均短于对照组,术后视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克氏针与微型外固定支架联合治疗可缩短Lisfranc关节损伤患者关节功能恢复时间和住院时间,减轻患者疼痛程度,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of micro external fixation combined with Kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of Lisfranc joint injury.Methods Sixty-two patients with Lisfranc joint injury treated in the People’s Hospital of Anyang from March 2016 to November 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated by micro locking compression plate combined with Kirschner wire fixation,and the observation group was treated by micro external fixation combined with Kirschner wire fixation.The clinical efficacy and related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(96.77%,30/31)was higher than that in the control group(74.19%,23/31),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and joint function recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the postoperative visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kirschner wire combined with micro external fixation can shorten the recovery time of joint function and hospitalization time of patients with Lisfranc joint injury,reduce the degree of pain and improve the treatment effect.
