摘要
目的探讨氟哌啶醇联合醒脑通络方对抽动症患儿血清学指标及肢体运动功能的影响。方法采取前瞻性随机对照试验,抽取郑州市第六人民医院2019年3月至2020年6月收治的71例抽动症患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组35例与观察组36例。对照组采用氟哌啶醇治疗,观察组在此基础上加用醒脑通络方治疗。比较两组患儿的血清学指标,包括25-羟基维生素D[25-(OH)D]、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和多巴胺(DA);比较两组患儿的肢体运动功能,即耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分。结果治疗8周后,两组25-(OH)D、NE水平均升高,DA水平均下降,且观察组25-(OH)D、NE水平高于对照组,DA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组YGTSS的运动抽动、发声抽动评分以及总分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌啶醇联合醒脑通络方治疗小儿抽动症效果显著,可改善患儿的血清学指标,促进神经递质水平稳定,进而降低抽动严重程度,改善肢体运动功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of haloperidol combined with Xingnao Tongluo decoction on serum indexes and limb motor function in children with Tourette syndrome.Methods A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted in the study.A total of 71 children with Tourette syndrome admitted to Zhengzhou Sixth People’s Hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(36 cases).The control group was treated with haloperidol,and the observation group was treated with Xingnao Tongluo decoction combined with haloperidol.The serum indexes including 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D],norepinephrine(NE),and dopamine(DA)were compared between the two groups.The limb motor function of the two groups was compared,that is,the Yale Global Tie Severityb scale(YGTSS)score.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of 25-(OH)D and NE in the two groups were increased,while the levels of DA were decreased(P<0.05);and the levels of 25-(OH)D and NE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of DA was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the motor tic,vocal tic score,and total score of YGTSS in the two groups were decreased,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Haloperidol combined with Xingnao Tongluo decoction have a significant effect in the treatment of Tourette syndrome in children.They can improve the serological indexes of children,promote the stability of neurotransmitter level,reduce the severity of Tourette syndrome,and improve the motor function of limbs.
