摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清miRNA-223与miRNA-210的表达及临床意义。方法选择2017年10月—2019年10月60例急性脑梗死患者,并选择60例健康体检者为对照组。检测2组血清miRNA-223、miRNA-210及CRP、IL-6表达水平,分析miRNA-223、miRNA-210水平与CRP、IL-6表达及GOS评分和NIHSS评分的相关性。结果脑梗死组血清miRNA-223、miRNA-210表达明显上调,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死组血清CRP、IL-6表达明显较对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死组患者血清miRNA-223、miRNA-210的表达水平与GOS评分均呈正相关(r值分别为0.594、0.657,P<0.001),而与NHISS评分呈均负相关(r值分别为-0.368、-0.429,P<0.01)。脑梗死组患者miRNA-223、miRNA-210表达与血清炎症细胞因子CPR、IL-6表达水平均无相关性(P>0.05),脑梗死组患者血清炎症细胞因子CPR、IL-6表达水平与GOS评分、NHISS评分均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论血清miRNA-223和miRNA-210可能成为急性脑梗死的早期诊断的生物标志物,与患者神经系统损伤程度和预后密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum miRNA-223 and miRNA-210 in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,60 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The levels of miRNA-223,miRNA-210,CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were detected,and the correlation between the levels of miRNA-223,miRNA-210 and the expression of CRP,IL-6,GOS score and NIH SS score was analyzed.Results The expression of serum miRNA-223,miRNA-210 in the cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of serum CRP and IL-6 in the cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of serum miRNA-223,miRNA-210 in cerebral infarction group was positively correlated with GOS score(r=0.594,r=0.657,P<0.001),but negatively correlated with NHISS score(r=-0.368,r=-0.429,P<0.01).There was no correlation between the expression of miRNA-223,miRNA-210 and the expression of serum inflammatory cytokines CPR and IL-6 in patients with cerebral infarction(P>0.05).There was no correlation between the expression of serum inflammatory cytokines CPR and IL-6 and GOS score and NHISS score in cerebral infarction group(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum miRNA-223 and miRNA-210 may be biomarkers for early diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and are closely related to the degree of nervous system injury and prognosis.
