摘要
介绍一种同步测试纱线长、短片段不匀率的测试装置。在电容式条干均匀度测试仪器前端设置纱线质量变化(线密度变化)跟踪测试单元,在后端设置纱线回收单元,基于纱线质量和电容的同步变化来表征“同一段纱线”的长片段和短片段不匀率,解决了以往纱线长、短片段不匀率需要分步测试且测试纱样不是同一段纱线的问题。认为:该测试仪器一机多用,提高检测效率和准确率,节约资源,降低检测成本。
A measuring device for test long and short yarn segment unevenness simultaneously was discussed.A tracking test unit for yarn quality change(linear density change)was set at the front of capacitive evenness tester,and a yarn recovery unit was set at the back.Based on the synchronous change of yarn quality and capacitance,the unevenness of long and short segments of the same yarn was represented.Problem of unevenness with long and short yarns needs to be tested step by step and sample is not the same yarn was solved.It is considered that the tester can improve detection efficiency and accuracy,save resources and reduce the detection cost.
