Technology measures of improving air jet loom efficiency and product quality were summarized.Effect of high quality yarn on loom efficiency loom and grey fabric quality were briefly analyzed.Combined with production practice,targeted technology measures that taken in warping,sizing and weaving processes were summarized in detail.Close relationship of yarn quality,warping and sizing quality,loom technology,equipment operation and fabric quality were analyzed.It is considered that optimizing high quality yarn,ensuring yarn quality in warping and sizing process,strengthening technology management in weaving process,which are beneficial to improve loom efficiency and quality of cloth surface.
