摘要
探讨相变微胶囊在调温纺织品中的应用研究进展。简述了相变材料的分类、特点以及存储方法。分析了几种相变微胶囊芯材和壁材的优缺点,介绍了原位聚合法、自由基聚合法、界面聚合法、复凝聚法等相变微胶囊制备方法的步骤及特点。总结了相变微胶囊在调温纺织品中的应用情况。相变微胶囊的制备需要考虑到芯材的种类、热焓值以及相变温度,而壁材的选择决定微胶囊的合成方法,需要根据实际应用需求来选择合适的种类,再经纺丝或后整理应用于调温织物中,从而达到有效的调温作用。
Application research progress of phase change microcapsule in temperature regulating textiles was discussed.Classification,characteristic and storage method of phase change materials were briefly described.Advantages and disadvantages of several phase change microcapsule core material and wall material were analyzed.Steps and characteristics of phase change microcapsule preparation method including in-situ polymerization method,free radical polymerization method,interfacial polymerization method and complex cohesion method were introduced.Application of phase change microcapsule in temperature regulating textiles was summarized.Type of core material,enthalpy value and phase change temperature should be considered when preparing phase change microcapsules,synthesis method of the microcapsules was determined by choice of wall material.It was necessary to select appropriate type according to actual application requirements and then spining or finishing was applied to temperature regulating fabric,effective temperature regulating effect was achieved.
