农业现代化,种子是基础。一粒种子可以改变一个世界,种业发展直接关系国家粮食安全和百姓的“米袋子”“菜篮子”。近年来,南宁种业迅猛发展,但是依然存在技术“卡脖子”、要素制约、人才匮乏等问题,导致南宁农业产业化发展缓慢、竞争力不强,亟待抢抓机遇、加快创新,做好农业种质资源普查,利用新技术实现种业弯道超车,培养造就具有国际竞争力的龙头种业企业,构建新型数字种业生态,规范种业经营行为等,加快推进南宁现代种业高质量、跨越式发展。

seed is the foundation of agricultural modernization.A seed can change a world.The development of seed industry is directly related to the national food security and the people's"rice bag"and"vegetable basket".In recent years,Nanning's seed industry has developed rapidly,but there are still some problems,such as technology"bot-tlenecks",factor constraints,lack of talents and so on,which lead to the slow development of agricultural industrialization and weak competitiveness in Nanning.It is urgent to seize the opportunity,speed up innovation,do a good job in the census of agricultural germplasm resources,use new technologies to achieve overtaking in the seed industry,cultivate leading seed companies with international competitiveness,establish a new digital seed industry ecology,standardize the operation of the seed industry,etc.,and accelerate the high quality of modern seeds,and develop Nanning industry by leaps and bounds.
