乡村振兴战略视阈下赣州市金融扶贫的成效及其长效机制研究

Research on the effectiveness and long term mechanism of financial poverty alleviation in Ganzhou City from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

金融扶贫作为精准扶贫的重要模式,由于其独特的优势和长效机制在全国范围内取得丰厚成效,并可以将“脱贫攻坚”和“乡村振兴”有效衔接起来。在脱贫攻坚即将完成的“后精准扶贫时代”,通过对赣州市金融扶贫的地方实践及其成效进行研究,总结出赣州市金融扶贫的特色实践经验,并综合赣州市金融扶贫存在的不足及问题,结合乡村振兴战略,从着重信用体系建设、保障金融扶贫良好运行、支持地方特色产业发展、注重金融扶贫风险防范等方面构建赣州市金融扶贫的长效机制,从而使赣州市精准扶贫成效长期保持,让金融扶贫成效惠及乡村振兴。

As an important model of targeted poverty alleviation,financial poverty alleviation has achieved fruitful results nationwide due to its unique advantages and long-term mechanism,and can effectively link up"poverty alleviation"and"Rural Revitalization".In the"post precision poverty alleviation era"which is about to be completed,this paper studies the local practice and effect of financial poverty alleviation in Ganzhou City,summarizes the characteristic practical experience of financial poverty alleviation in Ganzhou City,and integrates the shortcomings and problems of financial poverty alleviation in Ganzhou City,combined with the Rural Revitalization strategy,from focusing on the construction of credit system,ensuring the good operation of financial poverty alleviation,and supporting local characteristics In order to maintain the effect of targeted poverty alleviation in Ganzhou City for a long time and make the effect of financial poverty alleviation benefit rural revitalization,we should build a long-term mechanism of financial poverty alleviation in Ganzhou City from the aspects of industrial development,financial poverty alleviation risk prevention and so on.
