伊木萨克对勃起功能障碍患者血清炎症相关蛋白水平的影响及其作用机制探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测勃起功能障碍(ED)患者血清中炎症相关蛋白水平,观察并分析传统治疗药物伊木萨克对其水平的影响。方法选取2015年5月至2017年4月新疆医科大学第一附属医院男科门诊及住院确诊的100例ED患者纳入ED组,ED组中40例接受伊木萨克治疗的患者纳入药物组;另选取同期健康体检者36例纳入对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测三组血清簇集蛋白(Clusterin)、β_(2)-糖蛋白1(β_(2)-GP1)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、α_(1)-抗糜蛋白酶(α_(1)-ACT)、血清淀粉样蛋白P成分(SAP)、转铁蛋白(Transferrin)和血红蛋白结合蛋白(HPX)等炎症相关蛋白水平,并进行组间比较。结果 ED组血清Clusterin、β_(2)-GP1、TGF-β、α_(1)-ACT和SAP水平较对照组增高,Transferrin和HPX水平较对照组降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物组血清Clusterin、β_(2)-GP1、TGF-β、α_(1)-ACT和SAP水平均较ED组降低,Transferrin和HPX水平均较ED组增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伊木萨克可有效改善ED患者血清炎症相关蛋白Clusterin、β_(2)-GP1、TGF-β、α_(1)-ACT、SAP、Transferrin和HPX水平的变化,提示该药可能通过发挥抗炎和保护血管功能的作用,改善ED患者的勃起功能。 Objective To detect the serum levels of inflammation-related proteins in patients with erectile dysfunction(ED),observe and analyze the effect of traditional ED treatment drug Yimusake. Methods 100 patients with ED diagnosed in the outpatient and inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2015 to April 2017 were included in the ED group. In the ED group, 40 patients treated with Yimusake were included in the drug group;another 36 healthy subjects were included in the control group. Serum cluster protein(Clusterin), β_(2)-glycoprotein 1(β_(2)-GP1), transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β), α_(1)-antichymotrypsin(α_(1)-ACT), serum amyloid P component(SAP), Transferrin and HPX were detected by ELISA in three groups. Results The levels of serum Clusterin, β_(2)-GP1, TGF-β, α_(1)-ACT and SAP in ED group were higher than those in control group, while the levels of Transferrin and HPX were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of serum Clusterin, β_(2)-GP1, TGF-β, α_(1)-ACT and SAP in the drug group were lower than those in the ED group, while the levels of Transferrin and HPX in the drug group were higher than those in the ED group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions Yimusake can effectively improve the serum Clusterin, β_(2)-GP1,TGF-β,α_(1)-ACT,SAP,Transferrin and HPX levels in ED patients, suggesting that the drug may improve the erectile function of ED patients by playing an anti-inflammatory role and protecting vascular function.
