阴囊冷敷贴在睾丸穿刺患者术后减轻疼痛中的应用效果研究

Effect of scrotal cold compress on pain reduction of postoperative patients with testicular puncture

目的探究阴囊冷敷贴在睾丸穿刺患者术后减轻疼痛方面的应用价值,同时对比不同储存方法对阴囊冷敷贴作用的影响。方法选取2019年1月至4月在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院男科行睾丸穿刺手术的150例患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C组,各50例。A组使用冷藏的阴囊冷敷贴进行冷敷,B组使用常温放置的阴囊冷敷贴进行冷敷,C组术后不冷敷。比较三组术后不同时间段的疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果冷藏后的冷敷贴在不同时间点的测试温度均低于常温放置(P>0.05)。三组患者不同时间点疼痛评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。时间与不同处理方法之间存在交互作用(P<0.05)。三组血肿发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论睾丸穿刺术后使用阴囊冷敷贴进行冷敷治疗,可显著降低术后疼痛,降低血肿发生率,冷藏后冷敷温度更低,更能有效降低患者疼痛感和血肿发生率。

Objective To explore the application value of scrotal cold compress in alleviating postoperative pain in patients with testicular puncture, and compare the effects of different storage methods on scrotal cold compress. Methods 150 patients who underwent testicular puncture surgery in the Department of Andrology, Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Nanjing University from January to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into group A, B and C, with 50 patients in each group. Group A were administered with refrigerated scrotal cold compresses, group B with room-temperature scrotal cold compresses, while group C received no cold compress after operation. The degree of pain and the occurrence of complications were compared between the three groups in different time periods. Results After refrigeration, the temperature of the cold compress was lower than normal temperature at different time points(P>0.05). The comparison of pain scores in three groups at different time points showed statistical significance(P<0.05). There was an interaction between time and different treatments(P<0.05). There was statistical significance in the incidence of hematoma among group A, B and C(P<0.05). Conclusions The use of scrotal cold compress after testicular puncture can significantly reduce postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of hematoma. The temperature of refrigerated cold compress is lower, which can effectively reduce the pain and incidence of hematoma in patients.
