摘要
目的比较显微镜下骨骼化与非骨骼化精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2020年2月钦州市第二人民医院收治的186例精索静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析。其中126例行显微镜下非骨骼化精索静脉结扎术(非骨骼化组),60例行显微镜下骨骼化精索静脉结扎术(骨骼化组)。比较两组手术时间、术后阴囊疼痛缓解率、术后并发症发生率和复发率,以及精液质量。结果两组术后并发症发生率、复发率及精液质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);骨骼化组手术时间较非骨骼化组长,骨骼化组术后阴囊疼痛缓解效果优于非骨骼化组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与非骨骼化精索静脉结扎术比较,骨骼化精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张患者没有更好地减少术后并发症、复发率和改善精液质量,但其对术后阴囊疼痛缓解具有更好效果。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of micro-varicocelectomy between skeletonized form and non-skeletonized form in the treatment of varicocele under microscope. Methods 186 varicocele patients admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Qinzhou from January 2017 to February 2020 were selected and retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 126 underwent non-skeletal spermatic micro-varicocelectomy under microscope(non-skeletal group) and 60 underwent skeletal spermatic micro-varicocelectomy under microscope(skeletal group). The operative time, relief rate of postoperative scrotal pain, incidence of postoperative complications, recurrence rate and semen quality were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications, recurrence rate and semen quality between the two groups(P>0.05). The operative time of the skeletal group was longer than that of the non-skeletal group, and the postoperative scrotal pain relief effect of the skeletal group was better than that of the non-skeletal group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions Compared with non-skeletonized form of micro-varicocelectomy, skeletonized form of micro-varicocelectomy did not reduce the postoperative complications or recurrence rate, and did not improve the semen parameters, but had better effect in postoperative scrotal pain relief.
