基于心与小肠相表里谈射精生理及早泄治疗

The physiology of ejaculation and the treatment of premature ejaculation based on the exterior-interior relationship between heart and small intestine

射精是一个复杂的过程,与中医学的心和小肠经关系密切。性由心生,视听嗅觉及触觉性刺激均可传递到心而启动泌精;小肠经主液病,连睾系,与精液的分泌和精子的输送有关,在泌精过程中有重要作用。龟头属于小肠经,受到刺激后小肠经的经气活动,不仅启动泌精而且启动射精。早泄治疗可以从心和小肠经入手,分别采用养阴宁心法和泄火通络法来抑制泌精中枢的兴奋性和降低龟头敏感度,为临床拓展了新的思路。
