“华龙一号”数字化转型的实践与探索 被引量:3

摘要 随着科技的不断进步,信息化已经渗透到社会经济运行的各个方面,逐步催生了数字经济的蓬勃发展。“华龙一号”作为我国具有自主知识产权的三代核电技术,以数字化建设融入其核电设计、设备制造、工程建设和生产运营中,是提升“华龙一号”的先进性、安全性、经济性与建造质量的必经之路。本文聚焦数字化成果交付和数字化核心能力建设,提出了“数字华龙”总体架构设计,构建数字化模型体系,规划数字化平台。同时,从数字化设计、数字化施工、数字化运营三个角度对“数字华龙”实践成果进行总结,以“华龙一号”示范工程建设为基础,推进数字化技术与核电产业的深度融合,充分发挥互联网技术和信息化手段在数字化转型方面的优势,实现数字化技术在核电科研、建造、技术、管理等领域的良好实践,全面提升了核电产业价值创造和产品竞争力,助推“华龙一号”走出去的国家战略。 With the continuous progress of science and technology,informationize has penetrated into all aspects of social and economic operation,and gradually promote the vigorous development of digital economy.As a GenⅢPWR technology with complete independent intellectual property rights,the only way to enhance HPR1000􀆳s advanced nature,safety,economy and construction quality is to integrate digitalization into nuclear power design,equipment manufacturing,engineering construction and production operation.This paper focuses on the delivery of digital achievements and the core competence construction of digitization,puts forward the architecture of“Digital Hualong”,constructs the digital model system,and plans the digital platform.At the same time,the paper summarizes the practical achievements of“digital Hualong”from three aspects of digital design,digital construction and digital operation.Based on the construction of HPR1000 demonstration project,promote the deep integration of digital technology and nuclear power industry,give full play to the advantages of internet technology and information technology in digital transformation,and realize the good practice of digital technology in scientific research construction,technology,management and other fields of nuclear power,which comprehensively enhanced the value creation and product competitiveness of nuclear power industry and helped the national strategy of HPR1000 going abroad.
