漳州核电“华龙一号”智慧工地系统建设与创新 被引量:2

摘要 核电现场工地面积大、人员多、施工作业密集,采用传统的人工巡视、手工纸质记录,已无法满足核电项目管控信息化要求。利用信息化手段实现监管模式的创新,解决建设工程中出现的“监管力度不强,监管手段落后”等难题,已成为核电项目建设管理者的主攻方向。漳州能源通过开发建设华龙一号工程智慧工地系统,采用先进信息化技术,将更多人工智能技术、传感技术等融入到施工作业中,并创新开发了基于视觉的远距离人员识别技术等,实现进出管控、轨迹跟踪、高风险作业管控、违章识别、风险预警等管理功能,有效降低施工现场安全风险,提高施工安全与质量。 Regarding large working face of nuclear power site,large number of personnel and intensive construction operations,traditional manual inspections approach can no longer meet the requirements of nuclear power project construction management.It􀆳s been an major study taking advantage of information technology to bring innovation into supervision mode of construction domain in order to solve the problems of“weak supervision and lack of supervision approach”.Zhangzhou HPR1000 Smart construction sites mainly adopt advanced information technology(especially vision based personnel identification and tracking method which owns proprietary intellectual property rights)to integrate more artificial intelligence technology,sensor technology,etc.into on-site construction to realize basic safety management functions such as access control,personal tracking,high-risk operation control,violation identification and risk warning,which reduces the construction site safety risks and improves the construction safety and quality.
