漳州“华龙一号”不锈钢水池覆面模块自动化施工技术创新与应用

摘要 国内外核电站不锈钢施工安装普遍采用手工钨极氩弧焊,但随着近几年核电的快速发展,传统手工钨极氩弧焊工艺带来的局限性越来越明显,传统的完全依靠焊工进行焊接生产的模式已经不能适应未来核电建设的发展。结合中国自主研发的第三代核电技术“华龙一号”堆型不锈钢覆面工程施工特点,研发了不锈钢水池覆面模块自动化施工技术,并将该技术应用至漳州核电“华龙一号”不锈钢覆面工程,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,对焊接行业自动化、智能化发展和对中国核电建造技术的发展具有重要意义。 Manual GTAW is widely used in the construction and installation of stainless steel in nuclear power plants at home and abroad.However,with the rapid development of nuclear power plants in recent years,the limitations brought by traditional manual GTAW process are more and more obvious.The traditional mode of welding production relying solely on welders cannot adapt to the development of nuclear power construction in the future.Our company based on independent research and development of China's third generation nuclear power technology HPR1000 stainless steel cladding surface engineering construction characteristics,research and development of the stainless steel sink with wrapping module automation construction technology,and applies the technology to zhangzhou HPR1000 stainless steel cladding surface engineering,achieved good economic and social benefits,the welding industry automation,intelligent development,and is of great significance to the development of China's nuclear power construction technology.
