阳江核电有限公司作为阳江核电厂工程的建设和营运单位,对施工安全负全面管理责任。根据国家安全相关法律法规及中广核集团安全管理制度要求,负责项目建设安全监督管理工作,对承建单位安全管理体系运作有效性进行评估,对工程现场安全管理状况进行监督检查,对项目安全绩效进行考核,并提供足够资源保障项目建设安全管理工作的顺利开展。

As the builder and operator of Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant(YJNP),Yangjiang Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.takes the overall safety management responsibility for the construction project.According to the requirements of relevant national laws and the safety management regulations of the China General Nuclear Power Corporation(CGN),YJNP is responsible for the safety supervision of the project􀆳s construction,evaluation of the operation effectiveness of the safety management system of the contractor,carrying out safety supervision on site,assessing the safety performance of the project,and providing sufficient resources to ensure the smooth development of the safety management during the project construction.
