绿色核电助推“一带一路”走深走实

The Green Nuclear Power--A New Impetus to Promote the High-Quality Belt and Road Cooperation

“一带一路”是中国提出的新型全球化方案,是推进国际发展和加强全球治理的中国方案。近年来,在共建“一带一路”中,清洁能源和绿色产业合作项目不断落地。核电,作为绿色、低碳、经济、安全的清洁能源,已逐步成为各国能源转型的重要选项,为相关国家能源体系“去碳化”发挥了重要作用,对“一带一路”能源的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文重点分析了“一带一路”核电市场规模与发展前景,并结合我国核工业企业在“一带一路”沿线国家的市场开发情况与市场现状,提出后续开发策略,以期通过核电合作,助推“一带一路”走深走实。

The Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)is a new globalization program put forward by China,which is engaged to promote international development and strengthen global governance.In recent years,cooperation projects on clean energy and green industries have been launched under BRI.Nuclear power,as a green,low-carbon,economic and safe clean energy,has gradually become an important option for the energy transformation in various countries.Nuclear power has played an important role in decarbonizing the energy systems in relevant countries and is of great significance to the sustainable development of BRI.This paper focuses on the analysis of nuclear power market scale and development prospects in BRI countries.Combining with the market development and status of China’s nuclear industry enterprises in BRI countries,the paper puts forward the follow-up development strategy,in order to enhance“the belt and road”cooperation through nuclear power cooperation.
