摘要
高温气冷堆示范工程技术上的特殊性和厂址多机型、多业主等特殊性决定了核应急体系开发的复杂性。本文通过对高温堆核应急体系开发过程的回顾,系统总结了该工作在策划、组织、实施、技术决策等方面的良好实践,也呈现了高温堆核应急体系的某些重要成果,为读者全面了解具有第四代核电特征的高温气冷堆核应急体系提供了重要视角,也为高温堆装料前首次场内应急综合演习创造了重要条件。
The HTR’s particularity in technology and multiple reactor types determine the complexity of our development of the nuclear emergency system.By retrospecting the development process,it aims at summarizing the good practices of the plan,organization,implementation and technology decision,and presenting some important achievements of the nuclear emergency system.The article also provides an important perspective for those who tend to learn the HTR emergency system,and lays a solid foundation for the initial emergency rehearsal before the first fuel loading.
