Installation and Commissioning of TSI System in HTGR

本文以高温气冷堆示范工程为背景,从TSI监测仪表原理及安装标准要求入手,对TSI监测仪表的安装工艺、注意事项以及安装过程中的初始电压调整、重难点及控制措施等进行了综合分析探讨;该工艺在高温气冷堆示范工程汽轮机TSI仪表安装、调试过程中得到了良好应用,很好地把控了汽轮机组安全运行的第一道关口,为今后核电汽轮发电机组TSI监测仪表的安装调试和质量控制提供了一定的参考和借鉴意义。

Based on the demonstration project of high temperature gas-cooled reactor(HTGR),this paper starts with the principle of the TSI monitoring instrument and the requirement of installation standard.The installation process,points for attention,initial voltage adjustment,heavy and difficult points and control measures of the TSI monitoring instrument are comprehensively analyzed and discussed in this paper.This process has been well applied in the installation and commissioning of the TSI instruments of steam turbines in the HTGR demonstration project.It provides a reference for the installation,commissioning and quality control of the TSI monitoring instrument of nuclear power turbo-generator in the future.
