摘要
安全是核电的生命线,是核电发展的前提和基础。建设期的质量就是运行期的核安全,核电工程建设具有建设周期长、参与人员多、工地面积大、工作面复杂、设备物资密集的特点,给安全质量管理带来诸多挑战。近年来,政府加强了核电工程监管,提出了“两个零容忍”的要求。为满足工程建设安全质量的可追溯性,加强安全质量管控力度,需要采用更先进的技术手段提升管理能力。国内核电领域在工程管理信息化方面已开展了多年探索实践。在此基础上,我国自主三代核电技术“国和一号”示范工程积极谋划,率先实现了国内首个核电“智慧工地”。本文概述了“国和一号”“智慧工地”利用数字化、智能化提升核电工程安全质量管理水平方面的措施,并对“智慧工地”在“国和一号”示范项目现场实际应用价值进行了系统总结。
With the active and smooth advance of nuclear power construction in China,the safety and quality of nuclear power project has become the lifeline of the development of nuclear power industry.However,the construction of nuclear power project is characterized by a large number of personnel,large site area,complex working face,high equipment and material density,which brings many challenges to the safety and quality management.In recent years,the government has strengthened the supervision of nuclear power projects and put forward the requirement of“two zero tolerance”.In order to meet the traceability of construction safety and quality,and strengthen the safety and quality control,more advanced technical means are needed to improve the management ability.Domestic nuclear power field has carried out many years of exploration and practice in project management informatization.On this basis,the construction scheme of“Intelligent construction site”as well as the measures to make full use of digitalization and intellectualization to improve the safety and quality management level of nuclear power project are put forward in the Guohe One(CAP1400)demonstration project with independent third-generation nuclear power technology,and the practical application value of“Intelligent construction site”in Guohe One demonstration project is systematically summarized.
