This paper focuses on the new team building management.Under the new normal of the labor employment mode in nuclear power construction,the five-star team building is taken as the starting point to further standardize the grass-roots team management,so as to provide reference for cultivating workers in nuclear power construction and leading the high-quality development of nuclear power construction in the new era.
