华H50-7井超4000 m水平段套管下入研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 长庆油田华H50-7井完钻井深6266 m,水平段长4088 m,是目前亚洲陆上水平段最长的致密油井,针对该井套管居中难以保证和下入难度大等难题,结合井内实际工况,基于居中度分析计算模型,采用4种安放方式开展了套管居中分析研究。分析结果推荐水平井段1根套管安放1个210 mm刚性扶正器,可确保套管下入过程居中效果较好;基于套管下入模拟分析模型,开展了考虑漂浮接箍的套管下入模拟分析研究,并与国外PVI Drilling SoftWare进行对比分析,结果均推荐该井漂浮接箍的最佳安放位置在2700 m,可确保套管下入摩阻较小且管柱发生屈曲的风险较低。该井现场施工选取该深度作为漂浮接箍的安放位置,最终套管顺利下入井底,下入时长仅26.5 h,验证了分析结果的正确性,为后续超长水平段水平井套管安全下入奠定了技术基础。 The Well Hua H50-7 in Changqing Oilfield has a completion depth of 6,266 m and a horizontal section of 4,088 m.To address the problem of casing centering and casing running,combined with the actual working conditions in the well,based on the centering analysis and calculation model,the casing centering analysis and research are carried out using four placement methods.The analysis results recommend that a 210 mm rigid centralizer be placed on each casing in the horizontal well section to ensure a good centering performance in the casing running process.Based on the casing running simulation analysis model,the casing running simulation considering the floating coupling is carried out,and compared with foreign PVI Drilling Software.The results suggest that the best placement position of the floating coupling in this well is 2,700 m,which can ensure that the casing running friction is small and the risk of buckling of the casing string is relatively low.This depth was selected as the placement position of the floating coupling in the field.The casing was finally run into the bottom of the well with a running time of only 26.5 hours,which verified the correctness of the analysis results and provided a technical foundation for safe casing running in the ultra-long horizontal section of the subsequent horizontal holes.
