摘要 针对目前国内市场常用40、50及70型钻机顶部驱动装置,考虑其拉伸载荷试验的必要性和类型的多样性,开展了顶驱通用型拉伸试验台技术研究,并制定了相应的技术方案。设计的顶驱通用型1000 t拉伸试验台克服了因尺寸不同而无法兼测多类型顶驱拉伸性能的难题,实现了70型及其以下类型顶驱兼容性拉伸检测;拉伸试验台通过计算机软件控制系统+三位四通比例电磁阀组合可实现自动控制,通过手动控制阀+手动回油阀+三位四通电磁阀组合使用可实现手动控制;试验结果表明,该试验台具备顶驱拉伸性能检测能力,可实时显示并打印试验结果及曲线,同时安全性高,具有检测破断后自动卸载等功能。应用该试验台试验可确保钻机顶驱装置使用的安全性与可靠性。 For the 40/50/70 types of drilling rig top drives commonly used in the domestic market at present,considering the necessity of its tensile load test and the diversity of its types,the top drive universal tensile test bench is studied,and the corresponding technical solutions are made.The designed universal 1,000 t tensile test bench overcomes the difficulty in measuring the tensile performance of multiple types of top drives due to different sizes,and realizes the tensile testing of top drives of 70 and below.The tensile test bench can realize automatic control by the combination of computer software control system+three-position four-way proportional solenoid valve,and realize manual control through the combination of manual control valve+manual oil return valve+three-position four-way solenoid valve.The test results show that the test bench has the testing capability of top drive tensile performance,and can display and print test results and curves in real time.The test bench has high safety,with functions such as automatic unloading after detection of breakage.The test bench could help to ensure safety and reliability of the top drive device of the drilling rig.
