摘要 为提高海洋钻井作业效率、保障钻井安全,基于闭式液缸举升系统的液压原理,阐述了提升及下放流体控制技术、能量回收与释放流体控制技术、钻柱补偿功能集成技术等三项关键技术的实现方法和控制逻辑。在AMESim软件平台上搭建系统仿真模型,结合实际海上钻井作业工况分别对三项关键技术进行仿真研究,并探讨了海况对主动、被动和半主动三种钻柱补偿形式性能的影响。研究结果表明:闭式液缸举升系统可实现负载的平稳提升和下放;能量回收和释放功能在连接隔水管和钻杆时可大幅提升作业效率;在不增加额外钻柱补偿装置的前提下,闭式液缸举升系统可实现三种形式的钻柱补偿功能,且半主动补偿功能海况适应性最佳。研究结果可为闭式液缸举升系统的国产化开发和控制系统的设计优化提供一定的指导。 In order to improve the offshore drilling efficiency and ensure the drilling safety,the hydraulic principle of closed hydraulic cylinder lifting system was proposed,and the realization method and control logic of 3 key technologies such as load lifting and landing,recovery and release of gravitational potential energy and integrated drill string compensation function were expounded.A system simulation model was built on AMESim software platform;then,combined with real offshore drilling behavior,simulation study was carried out on the 3 key technologies;moreover,the influence of sea state on the performance of active,passive and semi-active drill string compensation forms was discussed.The study results show that the closed cylinder lifting system can realize stable lifting and landing of load;the energy recovery and release function can greatly improve the operating efficiency at the time of connecting riser and drill pipe;under the prerequisite of not adding additional drill string compensation device,the closed cylinder lifting system can realize active,passive and semi-active drill string compensation functions,and the semi-active compensation function has the best adaptability to various sea states.The study results provide some guidance for the localized development of the lifting system and the design optimization of the control system.
