摘要
选用20个玉米杂交种组合为供试材料,采用随机区组设计。通过对杂交种产量、穗长、行粒数、穗行数、千粒重等10个农艺性状进行相关性的通径分析表明,对产量影响最大的因素出籽率与千粒重呈显著正相关,穗长、行粒数与产量呈正相关,提高千粒重和出籽率,增加穗长并兼顾其他农艺性状是提高玉米产量的有效途径。聚类分析结果表明,20份玉米杂交组合可划分为3个类群,依据各类群的特点提出了不同的选育目标。在玉米育种选配亲本时,应注意亲本间农艺性状的相关性和协调性。
A total of 20 maize hybrids were tested through Randomized Complete Block Design.The 10 agronomic characteristics of yield,ear length,row number and 1000-grain weight were analyzed and showed that the most contribution to the yield was shelling percentage and ear row,they were highly positively correlated.The correlation value showed highly significant correlation with ear height,row number and yield.It was an effective way to increase maize yield by improving 1000-grain weight and seed yield,increasing ear length and taking into account other agronomic characteristics.
