新疆阿克苏地区绿色农业技术效率测算及影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了解新疆阿克苏地区绿色农业发展情况,基于新疆阿克苏地区统计年鉴数据,应用非期望产出超效率SBM模型对该地区9个县市2007—2018年的绿色农业技术效率进行评价,并且运用Tobit回归模型对影响绿色农业技术效率的因素进行实证研究。结果表明:阿克苏地区绿色农业技术效率总体呈下降趋势,各县市绿色农业技术效率值出现明显的“两极分化”,生产要素投入和非期望产出冗余是技术无效率的主要来源;农业产业结构和城镇化水平对阿克苏地区整体绿色农业技术效率产生负向影响,工业化水平对其产生正向影响;各影响因素对3个分区产生了不同的影响,其中,农业产业结构、工业化水平、财政支农等均对低效率区产生负向影响。 To understand Xinjiang Aksu area green agriculture development situation,based on statistical yearbook data of Aksu area in Xinjiang,using the undesirable output super-efficient SBM models to evaluate green agricultural technology efficiency of 9 counties and cities in the region in 2017-2018 and using Tobit regression model for empirical research on the influencing factors of green agriculture technical efficiency.The results showed that the overall efficiency of green agriculture in Aksu region showed a downward trend,and the efficiency values of green agriculture in various counties and cities showed obvious“polarization”.The input of production factors and the redundancy of undesired output were the main sources of technical inefficiency.The agricultural industrial structure and urbanization level have a negative impact on the overall green agricultural technical efficiency in Aksu region,while the industrialization level has a positive impact on it.Various influencing factors have different influences on the three zones,among which,agricultural industrial structure,industrialization level and financial support for agriculture all have negative influences on the low-efficiency zones.
