边疆少数民族地区产业扶贫“双江模式”探究

Exploration into “Shuangjiang Mode” of Poverty Alleviation by Industry in Frontier Minority Areas

产业扶贫是我国脱贫攻坚战中的主要脱贫模式之一,是保证如期实现精准脱贫战略目标的重要举措。文章梳理了我国产业扶贫的发展进程和主要模式,分析了双江模式的特点、成功经验及减贫脱贫成效,并提出西部边疆少数民族地区产业扶贫发展的对策与建议。

Power alleviation by industry is one of the major modes to overcome poverty in China’s fight against poverty as well as an important measure to ensure the on-schedule realization of the strategic objective of targeted poverty alleviation.In the paper,the development progress and main modes of poverty alleviation by industry in China were presented,the characteristics,successful experience and power alleviation effects of“Shuangjiang Mode”were analyzed and the countermeasures for and suggestions on poverty alleviation through industrial development in the western frontier minority areas were proposed.
