摘要
“阳主阴从”观源于先秦时期的太阳文化,是扶阳流派学术思想的重要原则。文章立足“阳为尊,和为本”思想,从先哲渊源、文化内涵、医理脉络等角度剖析阳主阴从理论,厘清气、血、精、津、液的“阳主阴从”之序,论证“阳主阴从”实为阴阳和合之所常,临证切不可片面强调“阳主”而忽视“阴从”。
The thought of‘yang dominance and yin accompany’originated from the solar culture in the pre-Qin period and is an important principle of the academic thought of the strengthening yang.Based on the thought of‘yang is respected,and harmony is the basis’,this article analyzes the theory of‘yang dominance and yin accompany’from the perspective of ancestral philosophy origin,cultural connotation and medical theory,and clarifies the order of‘yang dominance and yin accompany’of qi,blood,essence,body and fluid,and demonstrates that the thought of‘yang dominance and yin accompany’subordinates to reality to the harmony of yin and yang.In clinical practice,we should not only emphasize‘yang dominance’and ignore‘yin accompany’.
