《伤寒论》病机描述性语言文字特色探析

Analysis of the characteristics of descriptive language of pathogenesis in Shanghan Lun

通过对《伤寒论》原文语言文字及其医理进行探析,说明其中充满了丰富的病机描述性语言。张仲景主要通过数、量、形容、副、动词等词类进行病机表述,既有显性语言表达,亦有隐性文字描述;病机语言文字描述中体现了对病位、病性、病势和病证轻重等各种病机要素的判析;还体现了气血津液营卫病机的辨证内容。文章重点对《伤寒论》能够体现辨证论治中病机表述思维的语言文字进行归纳,从中提炼张仲景病机语言的表现方式及思维特点,从而深入地研究张仲景辨证察机的思辨规律,并有助于提高辨治水平与临床疗效。

Through the analysis of the original language and medical theory in Shanghan Lun,it is shown that abundant descriptive language of pathogenesis is full of the book.ZHANG Zhong-jing mainly uses the parts of speech such as number,quantity,description,accessory and verb to express the pathogenesis.Both explicit language expression and implicit language description are contained.The description language of pathogenesis reflects the analysis of various pathogenesis elements,such as location,nature,tendency and syndrome of disease.It also embodies the contents of syndrome differentiation of the pathogenesis of qi,blood,body fluid,ying and wei.This paper focuses on the summary of the languages in Shanghan Lun which can embody the expression and thinking of pathogenesis in syndrome differentiation and treatment.The expression modes and thinking characteristics of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s language of pathogenesis are extracted,which can deeply study the thinking rules of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s syndrome differentiation and treatment.That can help to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment and clinical efficacy.
