幽门螺杆菌感染对慢性胃炎胃黏膜病理变化及舌苔分布情况的影响

Effects of Helicobacter pylori infection on pathological changes of gastric mucosa and tongue coating distribution in chronic gastritis

目的:分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对慢性胃炎胃黏膜病理变化及舌苔分布情况的影响。方法:收集412例慢性胃炎患者的资料,分析Hp感染对舌苔分布的影响及对胃黏膜病理变化的作用,巴氏染色法观察舌苔样本的形态学差异。结果:412例慢性胃炎患者中,Hp阳性者321例(77.9%)。慢性胃炎Hp感染患者舌苔分布最高为黄腻苔[37.69%(121/321)]。慢性胃炎Hp阳性组与Hp阴性组的舌苔脱落细胞巴氏染色存在差异。慢性胃炎患者Hp阳性组萎缩率为30.91%(85/275),Hp阴性组萎缩率为14.08%(10/71),慢性胃炎患者Hp阳性组肠上皮化生率为32.00%(88/275),Hp阴性组肠上皮化生率为12.68%(9/71),Hp阳性组萎缩率及肠上皮化生率要显著高于Hp阴性组(P<0.01)。结论:Hp感染可能是影响慢性胃炎病情严重程度的原因之一。Hp感染性慢性胃炎患者最常见的舌苔是黄腻苔,说明Hp感染与舌苔分布可能存在一定联系。

To anylyze the effects of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection on the pathological changes of gastric mucosa and the distribution of tongue coating in chronic gastritis.Methods:Data of 412 patients with chronic gastritis were collected to analyze the influence of Hp infection on the distribution of tongue coating and its effect on the pathological changes of gastric mucosa.Pap staining was used to observe morphological differences of tongue coating samples.Results:Among 412 patients with chronic gastritis,321(77.9%)were Hp positive.The highest distribution of coating on the tongue of patients with Hp infection of chronic gastritis was yellow greasy coating[37.69%(121/321)].Pap staining of tongue coating exfoliated cells was different between Hp positive group and Hp negative group in chronic gastritis.In chronic gastritis,the Hp positive group had an atrophy rate of 30.91%(85/275),and the Hp negative group had a atrophy rate of 14.08%(10/71).In chronic gastritis,the Hp positive group had an intestinal atrophy rate of 32.00%(88/275),the Hp negative group had an atrophy rate of 12.68%(9/71),and the Hp positive group had a significantly higher atrophy rate and intestinal meterization rate than the Hp negative group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Hp infection may be one of the factors affecting the severity of chronic gastritis.Yellow and greasy coating on the tongue is the most common coating on the tongue in patients with chronic gastritis infected with Hp,indicating that there may be a certain relationship between Hp infection and the distribution of coating on the tongue.
