基于三分法解读奇恒之腑的生理意义

Interpretation of the physiological significance of extraordinary organs based on three division method

《黄帝内经》的藏象理论体系中,将藏象一分为三,为五脏、六腑、奇恒之腑三类。文章从“开阖枢”角度阐释“三分法”的本质内涵,并在此基础之上解读奇恒之腑的生理意义,探讨脑为元神之府、交济心肾,胆居中正、转枢表里,脉藏血气、转运营卫,髓存精气、藏泄为用,女子胞主生殖、内蓄精血,骨为干、藏纳髓脂等。明确奇恒之腑在脏腑分类中的理论意义,疏理奇恒之腑的生理内涵,可以回归传统思维,彰显其临床价值。

In the theory system of visceral images in Huangdi Neijing,visceral images can be divided into three categories:five zang-organs,six fu-organs and extraordinary organs.From the perspective of‘opening and closing pivot’,this paper interprets the essential connotation of‘three division method’,and on this basis,interprets the physiological significance of extraordinary organs,and probes into the following aspects:the brain is the house of Yuanshen,which helps the heart and kidney;the gallbladder is the center of the body,which turns the pivot to the exterior and interior;the pulse stores blood and qi,which transports ying and wei;the marrow stores essence and qi,which is used for storing and discharging;the female cells are responsible for reproduction,which stores essence and blood;the bone is the trunk,which stores marrow and fat.To clarify the theoretical significance of extraordinary organs in the classification of viscera,and to sort out the physiological connotation of extraordinary organs can return to traditional thinking and highlight its clinical value.
