国医大师刘尚义教授临证50余载,有着丰富的临床经验,尤其在诊治不孕症独具特色。笔者总结刘尚义教授不孕症证治经验,其特色如下:重视“和合”思想在不孕症辨治中的指导作用,一是男精女血(卵)之和合,二是孕卵与母体胞宫之和合,和合而有子;将“膜病理论”引入不孕症的证治中,重视胞宫内环境与胞膜容受性,重在胞膜之厚薄温润适宜;重视“天癸-冲任-胞宫-肝肾脾胃”生殖轴在不孕症中的主导作用。

Professor LIU Shang-yi has been a doctor for fifty years,Chinese medicine great master with rich clinical experience,Especially in the treatment of infertility with his unique treating characteristics.By summarizing the treatment experience of infertility of professor LIU Shang-yi.His academic experience is as follows:Firstly,paying attention to‘concordance’method which has guiding function in syndrome differentiation and treatment.One is the kidneys of male and blood of female have been concordant,another is oosperm and uterus have been concordant,which means the concordance with child.Secondly,proposing the theory of membrane disease in syndrome differentiation and treatment of infertility,paying attention to compatibility of intrauterine environment and endometrium,as well as the thickness,mild and moist in uterus.Thirdly,to attach importance to the leading role of‘tian guithoroughfare and conception channels-uterus-liver,kidney,spleen and stomach’reproductive axis in infertility.
