精气神辨识视域下虚损诸象的经方调治

Classical priscription adjustment and treatment in virtual loss of all images from the perspective of identifying the essence,qi and spirit

健康状态精、气、神三者的功能体现在机体“生长壮老已”过程中,从整体把握人体健康构建精气神健康辨识体系,实现“形神合一”,谋求中医精、气、神三者的和谐统一。文章从精气神辨识视域下对《金匮要略》虚劳病篇诸方进行归纳,从舌、脉、形、窍、神志的“象”进行归类总结,有利于虚损病证的治疗,从而恢复人体的健康状态。

The functions of the essence of health are embodied in the process of growing strong and aging of the body.The health identification system of essence of health is constructed from the overall grasp of human health,and the unity of form and spirit is realized,so as to seek the harmony and unity of essence,qi and spirit of traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,from the perspective of identifying the essence,qi and spirit,the prescription of deficiency fatigue in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber is summarized,and the image of tongue,pulse,shape,orifices and consciousness is classified and summarized,which is beneficial to the treatment of deficiency disease and the recovery of human health.
