黄连类方治疗心不藏神不寐刍议

黄连入心经,长于清心火、安心神,是治疗心不藏神不寐的引经药物。黄连类方中的黄连阿胶汤、半夏泻心汤、黄连温胆汤、交泰丸、朱砂安神丸、小陷胸汤、乌梅丸、黄连汤及泻心汤均具有安心神作用,主要适用于治疗实证或虚实夹杂之偏于邪实的心不藏神不寐,尤以心火亢盛、痰热扰心、心胃不和等为主要病理因素。由于黄连苦寒伤胃,使用时要注意药物的剂量及服药时间,不可大量久服,应中病即止或减量使用。

Rhizoma Coptidis is mainly used for clearing heart fire,and soothing nerves,which can be applied to treat insomnia about heart not hiding god.There are many Chinese medicine compounds containing Rhizoma Coptidis,such as Huanglian Ejiao Fomula,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Huanglian Wendan Decoction,Huanglian Decoction,Xiexin Decoction,Wumei Pill,Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,Zhusha Anshen Pill and Jiaotai Pill,which are mainly applicable to the treatment of insomnia about heart not hiding god with pathogenic excess and intermingled deficiency and excess towards excess,especially for the heart fire hyperactivity,phlegm heat and stomach disharmony as the main pathological factors.Because Rhizoma Coptidis bitter cold may injury stomach,we should pay attention to the dosage and medication time,not a lot of long time to take,and we should stop or reduce use dose when disease was cured or relieved.
