LIU Qi-quan’s experience on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with triangular medicine

角药即3种中药的联合使用,角药可相互促进,相互兼治,相互制约,或单独成方,或多组角药协同作战,紧扣病机,临床用之,常获良效。刘启泉教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎的病机不外乎气机郁滞、湿浊中阻、热毒蕴结、瘀血停滞、阴液亏虚5种,文章列举刘教授针对慢性萎缩性胃炎病机常用的9组角药,并附病案1则,以期为今后临床运用角药治疗萎缩性胃炎提供新思路和新方法。

Triangular medicine is the combined use of three traditional Chinese medicines.triangular medicine can promote each other,treat each other concurrently,restrict each other,or make a prescription alone,or work together with multiple groups of triangular medicine,closely follow the pathogenesis,and often obtain good effect in clinical use.Professor LIU Qi-quan thinks that the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is stasis and damp turbidity in resistance,phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-jiao,heat-toxin amassment,stagnation of blood stasis,deficiency of yin fluid.Then professor LIU’s nine groups of triangular drugs commonly used for the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis are listed,attached to a medical record for future use triangular medicine in the treatment of atrophic gastritis to provide new ideas and new methods.
