摘要
云南吴佩衡扶阳学术流派历经五代传承,是滇南医学极具特色的中医流派之一,以重视阳气、推崇扶阳为核心思想,精研《伤寒杂病论》及郑钦安学说,善用、重用辛温之品为特色。历代传人在继承的基础上不断完善附子应用理论指导体系,并积累了丰富的附子应用经验;归纳附子主要功效为祛邪解表、补火助阳、散寒止痛、回阳救逆四大类,以气味厚薄论指导其临床用量,以性味两用论指导其煎煮时间,为附子的临床应用提供一定参考。
Yunnan WU Pei-heng Fu Yang academic schools is one of the most characteristic schools of traditional Chinese medicine in southern Yunnan.After five generations of inheritance,it focuses on attaching importance to yang qi and advocating strengthening yang-qi.It focuses on the Shanghan Zabing Lun and ZHENG Qin-an’s theory,make good use of pungent and warm natured drugs.On the basis of inheritance,successive generations have continuously improved the theoretical guidance system of aconite application,and accumulated rich experience in aconite application.The main functions of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata are summarized as four categories:eliminate pathogenic factor to relieve superficies syndrome,tonifying fire and helping yang,disperse cold and relieve pain,restoring yang and rescuing patient from collapse.The clinical dosage of aconite is guided by the theory of thick and thin smell,and the decoction time is guided by the theory of four natures and five flavors of drugs,so as to provide certain reference for the clinical application of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata.
