以“六机”为例的伤寒病机表达体系研究

Study on the expression system of pathogenesis of exogenous febrile disease taking‘six mechanisms’as an example

伤寒临床的理论基础研究领域存在“症”“证”“病”3个侧重点的体系归纳,随观察的切入角度不同,对六经实质的认识亦有殊别。近现代以来影响较大的经方学派着力“方证相应”“部位相别”“气一元论”,各以其法阐释独立的伤寒临床体系的内蕴规律,已出现较多的围绕《伤寒论》《黄帝内经》临床思维源归的争论,如倾向以经方医学体系独立内难之学外,对于伤寒证治过程的生理与病理阐释模式须重构较完整的经方病机学理论,而不能用“以病测机”“以症度机”“机隐证中”这一传统而零散的结构去建构,文章以“六机”为例,综参诸派思想,探究伤寒病机体系的表达模式与方法。

In the basic research field of exogenous febrile disease,there are three key points of‘symptom’,‘syndrome’and‘disease’.From the perspective of observation,there are differences in understanding the essence of the six channels.Since modern times,the influential school of classical Chinese medicine has focused on‘the correspondence of prescriptions and syndromes’,‘the difference of parts’and‘the monism of qi’,and explained the internal law of the independent clinical system of typhoid fever with its own method.There have been many different arguments about the origin of clinical thinking of Shanghan Lun and Huangdi Neijing.For example,it tends to take the independent internal and external learning of the medical system of classical Chinese medicine as its focus,and the physiological and the model of pathological interpretation should reconstruct a complete theory of pathogenesis of classical Chinese medicine,instead of the traditional and scattered structure of‘disease measuring machine’,‘disease degree machine’and‘hidden mechanism syndrome’.This paper takes‘six mechanisms’as an example to explore the expression mode and method of pathogenesis system of exogenous febrile disease for the thought of comprehensive participation school.
