从肾藏精主骨探析绝经后骨质疏松症骨髓间充质干细胞成骨-成脂分化失衡的机制

Exploration of the mechanism of osteoblast and adipocyte differentiation’s imbalance by bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in postmenopausal osteoporosis with the theory of kidney storing essence and dominating bone

绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)以进展性全身骨量丢失、骨强度下降、骨微结构破坏为病理特征,属中医“痿证”范畴。PMOP病在骨,其本在肾,以肾虚骨痿为中医病理特点,以增龄衰老为病因。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)成骨-成脂分化失衡可导致骨代谢紊乱,与中医肾-骨功能系统密切相关。因此,文章以成骨-成脂分化失衡为切入点,从BMSCs向成骨细胞和脂肪细胞分化角度探析PMOP骨代谢紊乱的机制,旨在丰富中医肾虚骨痿病因病机理论,为从肾论治PMOP提供理论依据。

Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is characterized by progressive systemic loss of bone mass,decreased bone strength and destruction of bone microstructure,which belongs to impotence syndrome category in TCM.PMOP’s lesion is in the bones and its root is in the kidney,with the kidney asthenia and bone impotence as the pathological characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and aging as the cause.In the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)osteoblast and adipocyte differentiation’s imbalance can lead to bone metabolis m disorder,which is closely related to kidney-bone functional system of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,from the point of view of BMSCs to osteoblast and adipocyte differentiation,the mechanism of PMOP bone metabolism disorder was explored,aiming to enrich the theory of etiology and pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and bone impotence in traditional Chinese medicine and provide theoretical basis for PMOP treatment from kidney theory.
