中医药大数据在真实世界中的应用现状研究进展

Research progress and current status on application of TCM big data in real world

文章整理了中医药大数据领域的文献,从中医药语义信息和语料库、中医四诊的客观化、诊疗规律和医药信息挖掘3个方面分析了大数据在中医药信息价值的应用现状。1995—2019年中医药大数据方面文献量5249篇,涵盖语料库的建立,四诊的客观化识别,疾病模型预测等多个方面。但在中医基本概念的元信息提取、模块化的病历系统建立等方面还存在不足。探索新的病历收集模式,构建全生命周期的健康追踪,在中医药数据领域广泛应用深度学习等新技术将成为中医大数据研究的重要方向。

This article sorted out the literature in the field of TCM big data,analyzed the current situation of three aspects:information from the semantic corpus of traditional Chinese medicine,the objectification of the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,and the mining of medical rules information,and discussed the current status of the application of big data in the value of Chinese medicine information.From 1995 to 2019,there are 5249 articles on big data in traditional Chinese medicine,covering various aspects such as the establishment of corpus,the objective identification of four diagnoses,and disease model prediction.However,there are still problems in the extraction of meta-information of the basic concepts of Chinese medicine and the establishment of a modularized medical record system.Exploring new medical record collection models,constructing life-cycle health tracking,and extensively applying new technologies such as deep learning in the field of Chinese medicine data will become important research directions.
