针刺对脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛的镇痛机制研究进展

Research progress of analgesic mechanism of acupuncture on neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury

文章分别从外周水平、脊髓水平和脊髓上位中枢水平阐述了针刺对脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛的镇痛机制,包括外周伤害性感受器的自发活动、中枢敏化、胶质细胞活化、痛觉信号传导通路等方面分析总结了近年来针刺对脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛的镇痛机制研究进展,认为关于针刺对脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛的镇痛机制,针刺在脑水平对脑功能区及相关神经递质的作用机制有待进一步明确,以期为后续针刺治疗脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛的研究提供参考。

This article analyzed and summarized the research progress of the analgesic mechanism of acupuncture on neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury in recent years from analgesic mechanisms of acupuncture on neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury were explained separately from the peripheral level,spinal cord level and upper central level of the spinal cord,including the spontaneous activity of peripheral nociceptors,central sensitization,glial cell activation,and pain signal transduction pathways,etc..Through the summary and discussion,it is believed that the analgesic mechanism of acupuncture on neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury,and the mechanism of acupuncture on brain functional areas and related neurotransmitters at the brain level need to be further clarified,in order to provide a reference for the follow-up acupuncture treatment of neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury.
