摘要
再生障碍性贫血(AA)是一种常见的血液系统疾病,其发病机制尚未完全阐明,缺乏完全治愈AA的方法。建立与人类AA发病相近或相似的经典动物模型对于AA发病机制的认识及新药开发研究具有重要意义。文章从近年来获得性AA动物模型、病证结合动物模型和AA合并继发性铁过载动物模型的造模机制、方法研究进展等方面进行综述。
Aplastic anemia(AA)is a common blood disorder,the pathogenesis of which has not been fully elucidated,and a complete cure for AA is lacking.The establishment of classical animal models of AA that are similar to human AA pathogenesis is of great significance for the understanding of the pathogenesis of AA and the development of new drugs.In this article,we will review the recent progress in modeling mechanisms and methods in the animal models of acquired AA,disease combination animal models and animal models of AA combined with secondary iron overload.
