摘要
“胃体阳用阴”理论是依据胃腑“体”“用”的生理、病理特点,融合阴阳学说,用来指导临床实践的理论。文章通过探源析流,对“胃体阳用阴”理论的相关文献进行追溯,从生理、病理角度对“胃体阳用阴”理论内涵进行剖析,并介绍胃腑治法,阐明用药特点,举例分析治胃经典方的组方规律,以探究“胃体阳用阴”的临床指导意义。
The theory of‘stomach being substantial yang and functional yin’is based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of body and function in stomach and combination with the theory of yin and yang to guide clinical practice.Explore the origin and related discussion,Retrospect the relevant literature of the theory of‘stomach being substantial yang and functional yin’.Explain the medical theory,and analyze the theoretical connotation of‘stomach being substantial yang and functional yin’from the physiological and pathological point of view.Introduce the treatment of stomach,clarify the characteristics of medication,give examples to analyze the rules of classical prescriptions for stomach,and explore the clinical guiding significance of‘stomach being substantial yang and functional yin’.
