摘要
目的:采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术结合气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定中药材山慈菇中挥发性成分。方法:采用HS-SPME结合GC-MS对山慈菇的挥发性成分进行提取、分析与鉴定,采用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对百分含量。结果:从该药材中共检测出挥发性成分78种,鉴别出其中的73种,它们的峰面积占总峰面积的85.57%,其中烷烃有38种,有机酸成分有6种,酯类成分有5种,醇类成分9种,醛酮类成分9种,其他6种。结论:山慈菇药材中挥发性成分丰富,该方法高效稳定灵敏,适用于快速分析山慈菇挥发性成分。其准确检测出山慈菇中所含的挥发性成分。
Objective:To determine the volatile components in the Chinese herbal medicine Cremastra appendiculata using headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods:HS-SPME technology combined with GC-MS was used to extract,analyze and identify the volatile components of Cremastra appendiculata,and the chromatographic peak area normalization method was used.Determine the relative percentage of each component.Results:A total of 78 volatile components were detected from this medicinal material,and 73 of them were identified.Their peak areas accounted for 85.57%of the total peak area,including 38 alkanes,6 organic acid components,5 ester components,9 alcohol components,9 aldehyde ketones,and 6 other kinds.Conclusion:The volatile constituents of Cremastra appendiculata are abundant.This method is efficient,stable and sensitive,and it is suitable for rapid analysis of volatile components of Cremastra appendiculata.It accurately detected the volatile components contained in Cremastra appendiculata.
