Initiative rehabilitation:An innovative concept of rehabilitation medicine with Chinese characteristics

康复医学的出现实现了患者由被动性治疗到主动性康复的跨越。在中国传统医学及运动学、系统科学和人体科学的理论指导下,重视意识的能动作用及其激活机体自组织性的作用本质,提炼出“能动性康复”理论。能动性康复通过守神激活机体意识能动性、联通机体心身网络,并与气血互生互用,带动功能与结构的恢复与重组,实现心身整体状态的康复。以状态运动疗法和状态导向音乐治疗为代表的状态导向康复治疗体系应运而生,综合运用六感,改善心身状态,促进疾病转归,安全效验。能动性康复是具有前瞻性的康复理念,由能动性康复带动主动性和被动性康复的“三动合一”康复模式,或将给未来的康复提供新的可能性,形成具有中国特色康复医学模式与体系。
