摘要
文章基于《黄帝内经》的情志致病思想,结合现代医学心理学的心理应激理论,从胰岛素抵抗、卵泡的发育、排卵功能、子宫内膜容受性4个方面分析心理应激对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者的影响,讨论心理干预在改善PCOS不孕症患者妊娠结局中的作用,为PCOS不孕症患者临床治疗提供新思路。
Based on Huangdi Neijing either unbearable thought,combined with modern medical psychology’s theory of psychological stress,this article analyses psychological stress in insulin resistance,follicle development,ovulation function,the receptivity of endometrium,four aspects of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)in patients with infertility,discusses the effects of psychological intervention on the role of improve the pregnancy outcome in patients with PCOS infertility,provide new ideas for clinical treatment of PCOS infertility patients.
