清肺培元颗粒对艾滋病合并肺部感染痰热壅肺证患者Th1/Th2的影响

Effects of Qingfei Peiyuan Granules on Th1/Th2 in patients with AIDS complicated with pulmonary infection with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome

目的:探讨清肺培元颗粒对艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺证患者的作用机制。方法:选择艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺证患者72例,随机分为36例治疗组,36例对照组,在西医基础治疗的基础上治疗组服用清肺培元颗粒药物,对照组服用清肺培元颗粒模拟剂,治疗观察14d,检测患者的免疫功能,Th1、Th2相关细胞因子。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,清肺培元颗粒有提高患者免疫功能的趋势,Th1相关细胞因子IL-2、Th2相关细胞因子IL-6表达显著提高(P<0.05),Th2相关细胞因子IL-12、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-10表达显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:清肺培元颗粒治疗艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺患者的机制之一可能是调节Th1/Th2的免疫失衡。

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Qingfei Peiyuan Granules on patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome of AIDS pulmonary infection.Methods:A total of 72 patients with AIDS pulmonary infection with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome were randomly divided into 36 experimental groups and 36 control groups,based on western medicine therapy on the basis of the experimental group Qingfei Peiyuan Granules,control group take Qingfei Peiyuan Granules simulation agent,treatment of observation for 14 days,test the patient’s immune function,Th1,Th2 cytokines.Results:After the treatment,compared with the control group,Qingfei Peiyuan Granules had a tendency to improve the immune function of patients,increased the expression of Th1 cytokines such as IL-2 and Th2 cytokines such as IL-6(P<0.05),reduced the expression of Th2 cytokines such as IL-12,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-10(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Peiyuan Granules may improve immune function by regulating Th1/Th2 imbalance in the treatment of AIDS pulmonary infection with phlegm-heat obstructing lung patients.
