顾氏外科综合外治法治疗120例粉刺性乳痈的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of 120 cases of acne mastoid carbuncle with GUs’surgery comprehensive external therapy

目的:探讨采用顾氏外科综合外治法治疗120例粉刺性乳痈患者的临床资料及疗效总结。方法:统计符合纳入标准的患者的一般情况;总结顾氏外科综合外治法治疗粉刺性乳痈的治愈率、复发率、愈合时间等方面的临床数据,运用SPSS 20.0进行统计分析。结果:顾氏外科综合外治法治疗粉刺性乳痈的治愈率为100.00%(120/120);复发率为3.33%(4/120);平均愈合时间为(42.72±9.22)d。本法术后疮口面积小于疮腔面积,且术前皮损面积>10cm2的患者术后疮口面积小于术前破损面积(P<0.05)。回顾性分析本法治疗的患者中既往经历多次手术治疗未愈者占85.00%(102/120);病变范围在2个象限及以上者占71.67%(86/120)。结论:顾氏外科综合外治法对病变范围和皮损面积较大且多次治疗未愈的复杂性粉刺性乳痈患者的治疗取得较好的疗效,整体治愈率较高,复发率低,对乳房损伤范围小。

Objective:To investigate the clinical data and therapeutic effect of GUs’comprehensive external treatment on 120 cases of acne-prone mastitis.Methods:The general conditions of the patients were statistically analyzed.The curative rate,recurrence rate,healing time and other clinical data of the patients treated by GUs’surgical comprehensive external treatment were summarized,and SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:The cure rate of this disease was 100.00%(120/120)by GUs’surgical comprehensive external treatment.The recurrence rate 3.33%(4/120).The average healing time was(42.72±9.22)d.The postoperative wound area was smaller than the cavity area,and the preoperative wound area was smaller than the preoperative damaged area in patients with preoperative skin lesion area of>10cm2(P<0.05).Retrospective analysis of the patients treated by this method accounted for 85.00%(102/120)who had not recovered after multiple surgical treatment,71.67%(86/120)had lesions in 2 quadrants or more.Conclusion:The comprehensive external treatment method of GUs’surgery has achieved good curative effect in the treatment of complex acne breast carbuncle which has large lesion area and skin lesion area and has not been cured for many times.The overall cure rate is high,the recurrence rate is low,and the scope of breast injury is small.
